How do payment and confirmation work?
Contact the agency after booking to agree on payment. Reporting a payment in the app does not confirm receipt: the agency checks it and updates your booking status.
Can I request a trip for my own group?
Yes. Create a private request with your departure area, destination, and trip details. Agencies serving that departure area can view it and send an offer if it fits their services.
